The Tristar is a powerful, multi-stage cleaning system designed for high-volume, continuous processing of components. It’s the ideal solution for operations requiring reliable, large-scale degreasing, rinsing, and drying.
The standard three-stage model includes:

For enhanced cleaning needs, four- and five-stage configurations are also available. These can include additional rinse and dry stages, allowing you to tailor the process to your specific requirements.
At the core of the Tristar system is a rotating drum fitted with an internal Archimedes screw. As the drum rotates, the screw mechanism gently moves parts forward through each stage of the process, ensuring consistent cleaning and minimal handling.
