Getting Started
Having your components processed by understand what can be achieved, to see the results and understand how the process works is an easy process to start, its free of charge and can be done in a relatively short amount of time. Using our contact form you can choose sample processing and get started with us today.
Step 1
Contact us using the button below, and select the "Free Sample Processing" option in the area of interest field.
Step 2
We will then contact you as soon as we can to arrange a short call to discuss your requirements, what your expectations are and discuss the overall plan and process. We can then arrange for your components to be sent to your closest Vixen Test Lab.
We can also arrange for site visits, as this is very useful when collaborating on certain projects, and to demonstrate our existing machines.
Step 3
Once your parts have been received, we will contact you to inform you, and potentially have another call to discuss the parts and the process, depending on the specific nature of the components. We will then start processing your parts, and provide feedback after preliminary processing. We will then contact you again then once again once processing is complete. We will arrange for component collection and send you a full report on the process, and arrange another call once you receive your components, and you have been able to assess the results.

At out test Labs and demonstrator centers we have the capability to process your components in a wide range of ways, allowing us to provide true process development on your components.
We have manual and semi-automated machines available to us for testing your components, which show how we can up scale any of the processes we develop for you into fully automated solutions.
To develop the right process for your components there are many factors we take into consideration, and we can alter these within our R&D setting rather than you doing this within your production environment.
