Our dedicated team of specialist engineers are here to keep your machine running, good as new

At Vixen, we have a fleet of service engineers, covering both our UK and international customer base, who are available to regularly maintain your machines, as well as commission them. For our international customer base, we work with global partners and distributors to support commissioning, and offer ongoing support.

A range of standard care plan service schemes are available for our UK customers, which provide the best support for your machines. Regularly scheduled maintenance offers savings by preventing a need for repairs before issues may develop, and planned maintenance also maintains consistency. Servicing of machines for our International customers is available, but details are bespoke to each customer.

Our team can also advise and supply you with all the spare parts and consumables for your process and solution. 

Our standard service contract offerings for UK customers are below. However, we can offer bespoke packages to suit your requirements or production needs if these plans are not suitable for you, or if you are an International customer

Gold service
Platinum service

 Bronze Service

Your machine will be serviced once every 6 months

Any replacement parts needed will receive a 5% discount

You will also be eligible for £199 emergency callouts for repairs (A saving of over 50%)

Silver Service

Your machine will be serviced once every 3 months

Any replacement parts needed will receive a 10% discount

You will also be eligible for £99 emergency callouts for repairs (A saving of over 75%) 

Gold Service

Your machine will be serviced once a month

Any replacement parts needed will receive a 15% discount

You will also be eligible for £49 emergency callouts for repairs (A saving of over 90%)

Platinum Service

Your machine will be serviced twice a month

Any replacement parts needed will receive a 25% discount

You will be eligible for FREE emergency callouts for repairs
