Our Ultrasonic gantry tank line is one of our most versatile and adaptable solutions allowing for very easy configuration to match your needs.
The overhead gantry movement allows for easy movement and automation of the process and for many different requirements, weights and dimensions.
AgiSonic Gantry Tank Line
The Ultrasonic gantry tank line can be built to exacting requirements. The machine can be bespoke to have more or less tanks and stages as you require.
Each tank can also be defined to your specification on size and process. It is common for us to have multiple process stages for each step including ultrasonics, degrease tanks, DI rinse tanks, along with agitation of parts and additional air agitation if needed. All tanks can be heated and operated by the HMI and we also have the ability for drying zones and all tanks can have lids.
The size of the solution and ultimate operation will be governed by your requirement. We have a large weight capacity and you can make tank and basket dimesons to fit your needs.
