The Vixen wire & continuous product blaster ensure 360° coverage of wire, tube and small profiles or complete coverage of flat bar and continuous product. 

Our solution fits into manufacturing lines without disturbing current processes but eliminates the need for caustic baths adding efficiency and making your business environmentally friendly.

Aquablast® Wire & continuous product processing

The Aquablast continuous product processing solution is able to fit into current production lines so as not to disturb current production flows.

In many cases the inline processing can keep to current line speeds or improve on them in certain cases. 

The solution process continuous product such as wire, cable, tubing or micro profiles. The product enters the cabinet where it can go through a air knife or waterfall to keep the blast within the cabinet and then enter into the blast box. Depending on the product the guns will be placed within a 360° configuration or hung from a gantry to make sure full coverage is achieved.

Once processed the product is rinsed within the cabinet and exits the machine via another air knife or waterfall to keep the blast within and then can go through optional rinsing and drying stages if required. 

Our continuous product processing solution is used within industries such as:

Wire & Cable manufactures: Used to clean, remove carbon or scale and surface prep for coating adherence or dry lubricants. 

Tube and micro profile manufactures: Continuous tubing and profiles are processed prior to coating to debur or surface preparation.

Bandsaw Blade manufactures: To edge hone Bi-metal and carbide tipped blades or perp for coating, Gullet peen to reduce crack fatigue, surface prep for coating and clean.
