The Aquablast Horizontal processing machine offers advanced flexibility, engineered to meet the exact requirements of your components and process demands. It delivers consistent, high-quality, and uniform results with every cycle.
Components are mounted onto a bespoke fixture system and pneumatically clamped for secure positioning. Once in place, they are automatically rotated to ensure 100% surface coverage. Simultaneously, the process guns index horizontally along the full length of each component, enabling complete and efficient surface treatment.
For enhanced versatility, the system includes a sliding trolley that allows for external loading of components via an overhead gantry or similar equipment—ideal for handling larger or heavier parts with ease and precision.
Additionally, the machine features a dedicated manual station, offering the flexibility to perform testing, process out-of-scope parts, or carry out manual operations as needed—ensuring no job is out of reach.
