Given the processes we have available we can design and manufacture in house muti process solutions to streamline production and remove several manual tasks into one automated solution.
Agi Wash & JetWash Solution
Our multi-process Agi Wash & JetWash solution is a perfect example of how we take multiple manual tasks and combine them into one streamlined, automated system — improving efficiency, consistency, and production flow.
In this system, two parallel trolleys loaded with components (automotive in this case) enter the first stage:
🔹 Agi Wash — our renowned agitated wash system using a chemical or detergent-based solution. Ultrasonics can also be added at this stage for enhanced cleaning performance.
Next, the parts move through:
🔹 High-Pressure JetWash, followed by
🔹 High-Flow JetWash for a thorough and uniform rinse.
While this solution completes the cycle here, additional stages such as ultrasonic cleaning, final rinse, or drying can be added depending on the specific application and requirements.
