The Miniwash is specifically designed for the automated cleaning and degreasing of small components. This compact machine is ideal for use in machining cells, allowing operators to efficiently batch wash parts without leaving their workstation.
Components are placed into a rotating mesh basket, which is sprayed with detergent from fixed spray booms positioned above, below, and to the side. This ensures a thorough 360° clean of all surfaces. Once the lid is closed and the timer is set, the machine begins the cycle automatically.
During operation, the basket rotates to expose all areas of the components to the cleaning solution. At the end of the cycle, the heated detergent allows the parts to flash dry within seconds, minimizing downtime and improving workflow.
The Miniwash provides a space-saving, portable solution for reliable cleaning and degreasing in production environments.
