EuroWash Cleaning

The Eurowash is a highly popular stand-alone wash plant, known for its compact footprint and excellent operator accessibility. Designed for use alongside machining centres, the Eurowash enables quick, efficient cleaning without interrupting workflow.
Components are easily loaded into the wash chamber through a roller door that smoothly retracts into the machine on stainless-steel runners and bearings. This design allows for full access to the wash area, making loading and unloading simple and ergonomic.
Parts are placed on a stainless steel mesh floor grid, where they remain static during the wash cycle. A rotating wash boom provides consistent and thorough cleaning coverage while eliminating the risk of part movement or damage during the cycle.
Built for cellular washing, the Eurowash is ideal for continuous operation in demanding production environments. The ergonomic load height helps prevent operator fatigue and back strain, supporting safe and efficient use throughout the day.
Constructed to Vixen’s high-quality standards, the Eurowash offers powerful washing and degreasing performance in a space-saving design. Optional small component baskets are also available to enhance versatility.
