AgiSonic Ultrasonic Tank Line
The Agi Sonic tank line can be built to exacting requirements. We have both sledge style and pick and place solutions allowing for you to have the process and component flow as needed.
Each tank can also be defined to your specification on size and process. It is common for us to have multiple process stages for each step including ultrasonics, degrease tanks, DI rinse tanks, along with agitation of parts and additional air agitation if needed. All tanks can be heated and operated by the HMI and we also have the ability for drying zones and all tanks can have lids.
The size of the solution and ultimate operation will be governed by your requirement.
